前列腺癌根治术后出现阳性手术切缘（ｐｏｓｉｔｉｖｅｓｕｒｇｉｃａｌ ｍａｒｇｉｎｓ ＰＳＭ） 的机会相对较多，而ＰＳＭ患者多预后不良。认识ＰＳＭ 的影响因素，可预防前列腺切除术后ＰＳＭ 的发生。本文对ＰＳＭ的影响因素作一简要综述。
There is relatively more chance of positive surgically marginal PSM after radical prostatectomy, whereas the prognosis of PSM is poor. Understanding of the influencing factors of PSM can prevent the occurrence of PSM after prostatectomy. This article gives a brief overview of the influencing factors of PSM.
