LURBBUHI’S LIFE AND WORK Gustav Radbruch was born on November 21, 1878, to a businessman’s family in Lübeck, a town in northern Germany. He entered the Foundation Masters of das Progymnasium yon Dr.Bussenius in 1884. 1892-1988 Transfer from Year 4 of the Foundation Year to the Advanced Level (Year 5) of the Gymnasium Katherineum. In the spring of 1898, the Liberal Arts Middle School was awarded the grade “primus omnium.”
