[目的]调查了解北海市122例X线工作人员长期小剂量照射对眼晶体的放射损伤情况。[方法]询问病史,检查视力,扩瞳及裂隙灯显微镜查眼晶状体,检查眼底。[结果]本市医用诊断X线工作者眼晶体混浊率为9.84%,混浊工龄以20年以上最高,其次为5年以下,以后随着工龄延长混浊率增高,各工龄组间差异有显著性(P<0.05);不同级别医疗卫生单位的X线工作人员眼晶体混浊率不同,混浊率以乡镇级>县区级>市级,差异也有显著性意义。[结论]提示应加强乡镇卫生院的放射防护监督管理工作。
[Objective] To investigate the long-term low-dose irradiation of X-ray workers in Beihai city on the radiation damage of ocular lens. [Method] Ask the medical history, check the eyesight, dilated pupils and slit lamp microscope examination of the lens, check the fundus. [Results] The ophthalmological opacification rate of medical diagnostic X-ray workers in this city was 9.84%. The ophthalmologic ophthalmology was the highest in more than 20 years and the second was less than 5 years. After that, (P <0.05). The ophthalmological opacification rates of X-ray workers in different levels of medical and health units were different. The opacification rate of township level, county level and municipal level was also significant. [Conclusion] It is suggested that the radiological supervision and management of township hospitals should be strengthened.
