冬季天气寒冷,正是滋补身体的好时候。滋补可分为药补和食补,通过吃补药、补品,称之为药补或“大补”。多吃点鸡肉、羊肉等有营养的东西,同样也能达到滋补身体的效果。但是在现在营养普遍过剩的情况下,如果吃得不当,不但达不到进补的目的,甚至可能因摄入机体不能消耗分解的糖分、脂肪、盐分,反而有损身体健康,甚至导致脂肪肝、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病等。
