中国戏剧家协会陕西省分会经过一年来的筹备,于十一月二十四日在西安正式成立。成立大会上由筹委会副主任委员姜炳泰报告了筹备经过,中共陕西省委宣传部副部长刘宪会对今后剧协的工作任务作了重要指示。陕西省文化局局长鱼讯和应邀参加会议的中国戏剧家协会代表戴不凡同志,中国作家协会西安分会副主席郑伯奇也都讲了话。会员代表苏育民等同志并就他们下乡劳动锻炼集体创作等问题进行了彙报发言。会议在躍进的情况下共进行了两天,到会代表174人,列席戏剧工作者57人,讨论并补充修改了分会的章程草案,选举出马健翖、鱼讯、李约祉等55人为理事,并由理事中选出马健翖为分会主席,
After a year of preparations, the Shaanxi Dramas Association of the Chinese Dramatists Association was formally established in Xi’an on November 24. At the inaugural meeting, Jiang Bingtei, vice chairman of the Preparatory Committee, reported preparations for the event. Liu Xian, vice minister of Propaganda Department of CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee, made an important directive on the tasks of the dramatists in the future. Yu Xun, director of Shaanxi Provincial Culture Bureau, and Zheng Boqi, the representative of the Association of Chinese Dramatists, who was invited to attend the conference, also spoke in honor of Dai Feifan, the vice chairman of the Xi’an Branch of the Chinese Writers Association. Member Representative Su Yumin and other comrades and their collective work on rural workout and other issues were reported to speak. The meeting lasted for two days with a total of 174 delegates and 57 theater workers.
