铁路基层站段存在点多、线长、面广的特点,开展起职工培训工作不是十分便利,而且由于技术业务不断更新,培训需求又比较高,兼职教师适时的充实队伍,本文深入分析师资队伍中存在着的问题,给出解决对策,为职工队伍建设工作奠定基础。
Railway grass-roots stations have the characteristics of more points, longer lines and wider areas. It is not very convenient to carry out the training of workers. Moreover, due to the continuous updating of technical services and the high demand of training, part-time teachers enrich the teams in a timely manner.
