目的了解出入境人群HIV感染/AIDS患者生存现状,探讨有效的后续管理模式。方法制订个案随访表,对2001年以来在广西口岸出入境人群中发现的HIV感染/AIDS患者进行随访。结果大部分感染者失访,随访率为34.75%。感染者早期普遍存在绝望、恐惧、悲观、焦虑等心理。经过一段适应期后,部分感染者表现为乐观、无所谓的态度,但进入发病期后,又出现类似早期心理现象。大部分感染者在性行为过程中均使用安全套,配偶感染率为16.67%。57例随访对象中,有25例已发病,发病率为43.86%,其中3例已死亡,另22例患者体内出现各种病症。14例得到了当地CDC等卫生机构提供的免费抗HIV药品。结论出入境人群HIV感染者和AIDS患者管理存在缺陷,必须加强后续管理。
Objective To understand the survival status of HIV / AIDS patients in immigrant population and to explore effective follow-up management mode. Methods A case-by-case follow-up table was developed to follow up HIV infected / AIDS patients found in the entry and exit population in Guangxi since 2001. Results Most infected persons were lost to follow-up, with a follow-up rate of 34.75%. Prevalence of early widespread desperation, fear, pessimism, anxiety and other psychological. After a period of adaptation, some of the infected people showed optimistic and indifferent attitude, but after entering the onset period, similar early psychological phenomenon appeared again. Most of the infected people used condoms during sex, with a spouse infection rate of 16.67%. Among the 57 follow-up objects, 25 cases had been reported with a morbidity of 43.86%, of which 3 cases had died and the other 22 cases had various diseases in vivo. Fourteen cases received free anti-HIV medicines provided by local CDC and other health agencies. Conclusion The management of HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients in the entry-exit population is deficient and follow-up management must be strengthened.
