描述了“赤芝6号”主要栽培性状与商品性状。采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了担孢子,结果表明:孢子多呈卵圆形,顶端平截或钝圆锥形,大小为6.53~8.04μm×9.55~12.56μm,孢子表面明显可见一些微小的凹陷。采用扫描电镜观察了菌肉菌丝:其骨架菌丝的骨架干直径2.6~3.95μm,分枝直径1.8~2.6μm;缠绕菌丝大多弯曲,直径1.1~1.5μm。利用聚丙烯酰胺梯度浓度凝胶电泳法分析比较了“赤芝6号”与福建其他灵芝菌株的酯酶同工酶,结果表明:“赤芝6号”有15条酶带分布在凝胶浓度8.9%~25.6%处,其酶谱特征与其他菌株明显区别。
Described the “Ganoderma 6” main cultivated traits and commodity traits. The spores were observed by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Esterase isozymes of Ganoderma lucidum 6 and other Ganoderma lucidum strains were analyzed by gradient electrophoresis of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that 15 bands of Ganoderma lucidum were distributed in gel concentration of 8. 9% ~ 25.6% Department, its zymogram characteristics significantly different from other strains.
