采用Ｇｒｉｅｓｓ法检测了５５例健康人和４１例口腔炎症患者和口腔肿瘤患者唾液中ＮＯ的水平。结果表明，与健康人相比，上述患者唾液中ＮＯ的水平明显增高，其临床意义和ＮＯ增加的机制仍有待进一步研究
Griess method was used to detect NO levels in saliva of 55 healthy people and 41 oral cancer patients and oral cancer patients. The results showed that compared with healthy people, the saliva in patients with NO levels were significantly increased, its clinical significance and NO increased mechanism remains to be further studied
