两平行光栅对放大啁啾脉冲的压缩是产生超短超强激光的一个重要环节。介绍了对单次工作 (30min/shot)、大口径 (35 0mm× 185mm× 6 0mm)、高刻线密度 (176 0lp/mm)光栅对的平行调整。给出了两种调整方法的详细步骤 ,并比较了它们的优缺点。最后讨论了与光栅对平行调整相关的几个问题。
Two parallel gratings on the amplification of the chirped pulse compression is to produce ultra-short super-laser is an important part. This paper introduces the parallel adjustment of grating pairs with a single work (30min / shot), large diameter (35 0mm × 185mm × 600mm) and high line density (176 0lp / mm). Two detailed steps of the adjustment method are given, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared. Finally, several problems related to parallel adjustment of the grating are discussed.
