目的为了提高口岸检疫查验能力及改进和提升检疫工作提供决策参考。方法选取首都机场2013年入境人员检疫数据,将国家质检总局疫情公告和警示通报涉及的国家和地区列为重点关注地区,其他国家和地区作为普通地区,将来自重点关注地区的入境人员列为重点关注人群,其他入境人员作为普通人群,将具有发烧、呕吐、咳嗽、腹泻等疑似传染病症状的入境人员定为阳性个案,从阳性个案排查比例、阳性个案检出途径、症状分布、确诊结果等方面,对重点关注人群的检疫情况进行分析,并与普通人群进行比较。结果从阳性检出率来看,重点人群要高于普通人群;从疟疾和登革热病确诊人数占阳性检出个案总数的比例来看,重点人群高于普通人群;从检出方式看,重点人群与普通人群无明显差别;从重要国际中转枢纽抵京的阳性检出中有25%都来自重点关注地区,重点关注人群经由重要国际中转枢纽入境的可能性较大。结论应进一步按照国家质检总局疫情公告和警示通报加大检疫查验力度,进一步加强口岸健康教育,将重要国际中转枢纽纳入重点关注地区。
Objectives To provide decision-making reference for improving quarantine inspection capacity at ports and quarantine inspection. Results From the positive detection rate, the key population is higher than the general population; from the proportion of confirmed cases of malaria and dengue fever in the total positive cases, the key population is higher than the general population; from the detection method, the key population No significant difference from the general population; 25% of the positive detection of major international transit hub arrived in Beijing from the key areas of focus, focusing on the possibility of population entering via major international transit hub is more likely. Conclusion The inspection and quarantine efforts should be further strengthened in accordance with the announcement of the AQSIQ epidemic and circular of warning to further strengthen the port health education and to include key international transit hubs in key areas of focus.
