本文对项目群的优选问题进行了探讨。首先给出了一个带有一定普遍意义的优选模型，然后对该模型的求解进行了新的偿试，提出运用ＳＡ法（模拟退火算法）进行求解。
This article discusses the optimization of the program group. Firstly, a preferred model with a certain universal significance is given. Then a new trial is performed on the solution of the model. The SA method (simulated annealing algorithm) is proposed to solve the model.
