目的:分析循证护理在产后尿失禁护理工作中的应用效果。方法:我院2018年10月份至2019年10月份共收治产后尿失禁患者90例,根据其入院时间随机分为对照组与观察组各45例,分别给予普通护理与循证护理,比较两组患者最大应力时漏尿量及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者最大应力时漏尿量更少,且护理满意度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理可有效提高产后尿失禁患者总体护理效果,并促进良好护患关系形成,值得推广。
