通过对影响带式输送机多驱动电机之间功率平衡因素的分析,指出利用液力耦合器可以调节驱动电机之间的功率平衡,并分析了耦合器调节功率平衡的原理,根据耦合器的转矩方程建立了系统仿真模型,并在仿真模型中给出了查找所有工况下耦合器泵轮力矩系数的方法,仿真结果验证了耦合器调节功率平衡的可行性和正确性。
By analyzing the factors that affect the power balance among multi-drive motors of belt conveyors, it is pointed out that the power balance between drive motors can be adjusted by using the hydrodynamic coupler, and the principle that the coupler adjusts the power balance is analyzed. Moment equation, the system simulation model is established, and the method of finding the torque coefficient of the pump impeller under all conditions is given in the simulation model. The simulation results verify the feasibility and correctness of the coupler adjusting the power balance.
