本文介绍了硅热法炼镁还原炉真空管路与设备的配备。针对具有16个还原罐的横罐还原炉的真空管道设计,计算管道直径为80mm,长为1000mm,真空管道的气导率为93.21/s。真空设备的匹配为一台还原炉配2SK-6水环泵一台,每四个还原罐与一组真空机组相联接,按还原罐内径Φ260mm计算,H滑阀泵为H-701/s,ZJ罗茨泵为ZJ-6001/s。一台还原炉匹配5组真空机组即可满足生产要求,在45分钟内可使真空系统统从常压至剩余压力达13Pa以内。
This article describes the silicon thermal refining magnesium reduction furnace vacuum piping and equipment. For the design of the vacuum pipe of the horizontal reduction furnace with 16 reduction tanks, the pipe diameter is calculated to be 80 mm and the length to be 1000 mm, and the air conductance of the vacuum pipe is 93.21 / s. The matching of the vacuum equipment is a reduction furnace equipped with a 2SK-6 water ring pump. Each four reduction tank is connected with a vacuum unit.
