目的研究补体Clq与系统性红斑狼疮(systemic erythematosus,SLE)疾病活动的相关性。方法用免疫透射比浊法测定60例SLE患者、40例其他风湿性疾病患者及30名健康对照者血清中补体Clq的水平,比较各组人群血清中Clq水平的差异,研究血清中Clq水平与系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数(systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index,SLEDAI)的关系。结果 SLE组的血清Clq水平(152±30mg/L)显著低于其他风湿性疾病患者(198±25mg/L)及健康对照者(187±28mg/L),P<0.05;SLE活动期Clq水平(134±34mg/L)明显低于SLE稳定期(162±25mg/L),P<0.05;补体Clq水平与SLE的活动性(SLEDA1评分)呈显著性负相关,r=-0.453。结论血清Clq水平在SLE中降低,血清Clq水平与SLE病情活动性相关。
Objective To study the relationship between complement Clq and systemic erythematosus (SLE) disease activity. Methods The levels of complement C1q in serum of 60 patients with SLE, 40 patients with other rheumatic diseases and 30 healthy controls were determined by immunoturbidimetry. The levels of Clq in serum were compared between groups. The levels of Clq Systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index (SLEDAI). Results The level of Clq in SLE group (152 ± 30mg / L) was significantly lower than that in other rheumatic diseases (198 ± 25mg / L) and healthy controls (187 ± 28mg / L) (134 ± 34mg / L) was significantly lower than that of SLE (162 ± 25mg / L), P <0.05. There was a significant negative correlation between complement Clq level and SLE activity (SLEDA1 score), r = -0.453. Conclusions Serum Clq level is decreased in SLE and serum Clq level correlates with SLE disease activity.
