国有资产战略性重组 ,是实现国有企业改革与脱困目标的重要途径。广州市在贯彻落实党的十五届四中全会精神的过程中 ,以改革促发展 ,以发展促脱困 ,积极推进重点行业、重点企业和难点企业战略性重组 ,推动国有资产向优势行业、优势企业、优势产品集中 ,取得了明显成效。本期介绍广州轻工行业两次大规模资产重组的做法 ,以供各地参考。
