一、加强价格监测网络建设,提高对市场价格变动的应变能力建立价格监测网络是把握全局、搞好调控的前提和基础。我省的价格监测网络由四个部分组成:一是对全省宏观经济运行情况进行监测,及时掌握国民经济主要指标完成情况和影响市场价格水平的各种经济因素变化情况;二是在省、市、县建立对价格总水平的监测,实行按月分析、逐季预测;三是对价格改革出台情况进行监测,及时掌握国家定价商品和劳务价格变动情况及三种价格形式比重变化情况;四是选择138种重要生产资料、农副产品、消费品价格和服务收费定时监测价格变动情况。
