随着经济和社会文明的发展,开放型小区开始备受关注。本文主要关注开放型小区对周边道路通行的影响,即小区开放能否达到优化城市路网结构,提升道路的通行能力,改善交通状况的目的。通过搜集数据了解到要从延误时间,排队长度,行程时间,交叉口延误时间,最大服务交通量与基本通行能力之比五个方面确定评价因素,确定评价集,建立指标权重集,确定评价因素与评价因子分级之间关系的隶属度,进而确定模糊评价体系,利用该评价体系,借助mat lab软件,得出综合评分为86.37分,结合本文的评分标准,可以得出小区开放后打破了封闭小区对交通的限制,提高了路网密度,增加了道路面积,进而提升了周围道路的通行能力,优化城市路网结构,减缓交通压力,实现资源共享。

Through collecting data, we know that we should determine the evaluation factors from five aspects of delay time, queue length, travel time, intersection delay time, maximum service traffic volume and basic capacity, determine the evaluation set, establish the indicator weight set and determine the evaluation factors And the evaluation factor grading the relationship between the membership degree, and then determine the fuzzy evaluation system, the use of the evaluation system, with matlab software, drawn a composite score of 86.37 points, combined with the rating criteria of this article, we can draw the cell open after breaking the closed Community traffic restrictions, increased road network density, increased road area, thereby enhancing the capacity of the surrounding roads, optimizing the urban road network structure, reduce traffic pressure and achieve resource sharing.
