为了研究电牵引采煤机在优化设计中的可靠性增长问题,建立了Crow-AMSAA模型,以MG750/1915型电牵引采煤机为分析对象,进行了采煤机截割部行星减速器的可靠性增长分析,结果表明,优化设计后的行星减速器可靠性在不断增长,故障预测时刻与实际故障发生时间基本一致。应用Crow-AMSAA模型对采煤机进行可靠性增长定性分析和定量预测,能提高研发效率,促进电牵引采煤机可靠性预估机制的完善。
In order to study the reliability growth of electric traction shearer in the optimal design, a Crow-AMSAA model was established. Based on the MG750 / 1915 electric traction shearer, the effects of the planetary reducer The reliability growth analysis shows that the reliability of the planetary reducer after optimization design is continuously increasing, and the failure prediction time is basically the same as the actual fault occurrence time. Applying Crow-AMSAA model to qualitatively analyze and quantitatively predict the reliability of shearers can improve the research and development efficiency and improve the reliability prediction mechanism of shearer.
