我国的粮食贸易政策不仅涉及目前粮食的贸易问题,而且也关系到我国重要粮食贸易伙伴的切身利益。在WTO框架下的我国粮食贸易政策及其执行情况已经引起各个成员国的高度关注。本文旨在通过对我国加入WTO以来的粮食贸易政策发展作回顾,分析我国政府是怎样执行相关的粮食贸易政策承诺的,以及我国的粮食贸易政策及惯例的执行对未来的贸易谈判有哪些影响。
China’s food trade policy not only involves the current trade in food but also the vital interests of our country’s major grain trading partners. China’s food trade policy and its implementation under the framework of WTO have drawn great attention from all member countries. The purpose of this paper is to review the development of grain trade policies since China joined the WTO, analyze how our government implements the relevant grain trade policy promises, and how the implementation of China’s grain trade policies and practices have implications for future trade negotiations.
