地方志书的体系是在不同时代不断的实践中发展起来的,它所有的规律和范畴都是从不同方面揭示地方事物的普遍联系和变化发展本质的。不同时期有不同观念,不同观念影响编纂,会导致出现许多不尽相同的体系。志书是以类编目、划分事物、安排结构、记述地方的资料性文献,部类是体系的基本单元。地方志书用部类、分类、种类纵列编排,具有悠久的历史。地方志书的体系是通过部类编排实现的。部类应该遵循整合性、独立性、时效性原则划分。
The system of local chronicles has been developed in constant practice in different times. All its laws and categories reveal the universal connection and the essence of change and development in different aspects. Different concepts in different periods, different concepts affect the compilation, will lead to many different systems. Book is a catalog of categories, the division of things, arrange the structure, describe the local information literature, departmental system is the basic unit. Local records with sections, categories, types of choreography, has a long history. The system of local history books is achieved through departmental arrangements. Departments should follow the principles of integration, independence and timeliness.
