随着经济的发展,社会科技的不断进步,社会主义现代化的进程也在不断的推进。相应的,我国的建筑行业也在不断的发展,且要求越来越严格。由于我国的建筑行业相比较于国外来说存在一些缺陷与不足,导致部分建筑资源浪费,得不到有效的利用。本文就建筑工程中建设项目的造价管理与控制进行研究,对我国的建筑项目造价管理的现状,存在的问题以及管理控制方法进行分析。
With economic development, social science and technology continue to progress, the process of socialist modernization is also constantly advancing. Correspondingly, China’s construction industry is also constantly developing, and the requirements are getting more and more strict. As China’s construction industry compared to foreign countries there are some shortcomings and deficiencies, resulting in part of the waste of construction resources, can not be effectively used. In this paper, construction projects in the construction project cost management and control research, construction projects in our country cost management status quo, problems and management control methods are analyzed.
