In order to further clarify the relationship between Bauschinger effect, back stress, Bauschinger stress (instantaneous softening), effective mismatch strain, and the effect of strain aging in dual-phase steels, Mn-V heat-treated dual-phase steels of various states were subjected to The tensile-compression test results show that the steel has a very pronounced instantaneous softening and a considerable amount of permanent softening.
