为提高某飞机制造企业产品设计、工艺规划和工装设计的协同设计效率和响应速度,对三者之间的映射机理进行研究。首先依据企业需求,定义飞机设计域、工艺域和工装域的信息构成;然后,明确飞机设计-工艺-工装之间的有机联系,构建基于多色集合理论的分层映射模型,给出映射模型的建模原理和建模流程,从而实现飞机部件从设计特征到工装概念设计特征的映射;最后,开发了相关设计工具并在该公司某机型舱门骨架的装配工艺规划和工装概念设计中进行应用验证,为实现飞机设计-工艺-工装的一体化设计奠定了理论基础和实践基础。
In order to improve the collaborative design efficiency and response speed of product design, process planning and tooling design of an aircraft manufacturer, the mapping mechanism among the three is studied.
