目的了解研究生的成就恐惧特征,探讨成就目标对研究生成功恐惧的影响。方法采用成就目标和成功恐惧问卷,对重庆市431名硕士研究生进行调查。结果研究生群体的成功恐惧不存在显著的性别和年级差异。成功恐惧与成绩趋近、成绩回避、交往回避、掌握回避等目标因素显著正相关,与社会责任目标因子显著负相关。成绩回避、掌握回避、成绩趋近3项因子正向预测成功恐惧,社会责任因子反向预测成功恐惧,其中成绩回避目标对成功恐惧的预测力最强,达到了14.1%。结论成就目标定向能够部分预测研究生的成功恐惧。
Objective To understand the characteristics of postgraduates’ achievement fear and to explore the impact of achievement goals on the success fear of postgraduates. Methods Using the achievement goal and fear of success questionnaire, 431 graduate students in Chongqing were investigated. Results There was no significant gender and grade difference in the success fears of the graduate student population. There is a significant positive correlation between success fear and achievement of achievement, avoidance of achievement, avoidance of association, mastery of avoidance and other objective factors, and negatively correlated with the target of social responsibility. Results Avoidance, Grasp Avoidance, Achievements Nearly 3 factors are positively predicting success fears. Social Responsibility Factors reversely predict success fears. The performance avoidance goal has the strongest predictor of success fears, reaching 14.1%. Conclusion Achievement goal orientation can partly predict graduate student’s fear of success.
