中国微电机公司第三次技术工作会议于1983年5月3日至5日在天津举行。参加会议的有公司所属11个厂、所的技术负责人及代表共38人,会议由公司总经理阮善先同志主持。西安微电机厂的代表应邀列席了会议,受到与会代表的热烈欢迎。部科技司科研管理处冯婉章处长、企业管理司公司处邱维纲处长及电器工业局科技处周章工程师出席了会议并指导工作。此次会议重点讨论了加强技术开发工作。检查了第二次技术工作会议以来12个技术合作项目的进展情祝,讨论制订83～85年技术合作项目的补充计划以及《关于公司技术发展工作中一些经济问题的暂行规定(草案)》。
The third technical work conference of China Micro Motor Company was held in Tianjin from May 3rd to 5th, 1983. The meeting was attended by the company’s 11 factories, the institute’s technical director and a total of 38 delegates. The meeting was chaired by the company’s general manager, Yan Shanxian. Representatives of Xi’an Micromotor Factory were invited to attend the meeting and were warmly welcomed by the delegates. The Director of Science and Technology Management Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology Feng Luzhang, the Director of the Division of Corporate Management Qiu Weigang and the Electrical and Electronics Industry Bureau Science and Technology Department Zhou Zhang attended the meeting and guided the work. The meeting focused on strengthening technology development. Examined the progress and love of the 12 technical cooperation projects since the second technical working conference, discussed the supplementary plans for the formulation of technical cooperation projects for the period of 83 to 85 years, and the Provisional Regulations on Some Economic Issues in the Company’s Technology Development Work (Draft).
