目的:探究医院血液检验标本不合格的原因,并提出相应的改善对策。方法:对于我院自2013年2月-2014年1月期间的4860份血液检验标本的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:在本组血液检验标本中有114份不合格,占比为2.35%。以标本溶血、采血量不精准以及盛血容器不当等为血液检验标本不合格的主要原因。结论:针对医院血液检验标本不合格的原因,提出强化工作人员专业素质、增加其服务意识以及规范血液采集操作流程针对性的改善对策,能够有效提高血液检验标本质量,从而为患者提供更为安全、准确的诊断依据。
Objective: To investigate the causes of unqualified blood tests in hospitals and to propose corresponding improvement measures. Methods: The clinical data of 4,860 blood tests in our hospital from February 2013 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There were 114 unqualified blood samples in this group, accounting for 2.35%. To hemolytic specimens, blood volume is not accurate and blood vessels such as improper inspection of the main sample failed. Conclusion: According to the reasons of unqualified blood tests in hospitals, it is suggested that strengthening the professional qualities of staffs, increasing their service awareness and standardizing the measures for improvement of blood collection operations can effectively improve the quality of blood test specimens and thus provide patients with more safety Accurate diagnosis basis.
