目的:调查了解空军某场站飞行员食物膳食结构及存在问题。方法:选择某场站日常训练期间进行膳食调查,采用连续3天称重法。计算每名飞行员每天平均摄入的生热营养素及非生热营养素含量,并与其食物定量及膳食营养供给标准进行比较。结果:该场站谷类、蔬菜、水果摄入均未达到军用标准要求,猪肉、禽肉类摄入量偏高;膳食供给总能量达标,但三大产热营养素分配比例不均衡,蛋白质、脂肪摄入偏高,糖类摄入不足;维生素A摄入接近军用标准,B族维生素摄入不足。结论:该场站飞行员膳食结构欠合理,建议加强营养膳食宣教,使飞行员膳食摄入适量、均衡、合理。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and understand the food dietary structure and existing problems of pilots at a station in the Air Force. Methods: Select a station daily dietary survey, using three days weighing method. Calculate the average daily intake of heat-generating and non-heat-producing nutrients for each pilot and compare them to their food ration and dietary nutrient supply standards. Results: The cereal, vegetable and fruit intake did not reach the military standard, but the intake of pork and poultry meat was high. The total energy supply of the meal reached the standard, but the ratio of the three major heat-producing nutrients was unbalanced. The protein and fat High intake, inadequate intake of sugars; vitamin A intake close to military standards, B vitamins inadequate intake. Conclusion: The pilots at this station have a poor dietary structure. It is suggested that nutrition pilgrimage should be strengthened so that the pilot’s diet intake is balanced and reasonable.
