采用银染色法对正常腮腺中肌上皮细胞、良恶性肌上皮瘤以及良恶性多形性腺瘤中肿瘤性肌上皮细胞的核仁组织区进行了研究。结果表明:正常腮腺中肌上皮细胞的银染核仁组织区计数值最低;良性肌上皮瘤细胞者的计数值低于恶性肌上皮瘤细胞;良性多形性腺瘤中肿瘤性肌上皮细胞的银染核仁组织区计数值高于良性肌上皮瘤而与恶性多形性腺瘤者近似,提示在良性多形性腺瘤中肿瘤性肌上皮细胞的这一特征与该瘤的“好种植、易复发”的生物学特性密切相关。
