在幼儿园一日活动的教育过程中,在重视对幼儿进行有计划的系统教育的同时,也不容忽视对幼儿的随机教育。幼儿的思维具体形象,而随机教育正是根据幼儿的这一特点而临时组织进行的教育,随机教育所抓住的事例往往具有情境性、直观性,容易被幼儿所理解和接受。为此,教师要结合幼儿的实际,合理安排、科学组织,并制定相应的教育计划,进而才能在一日活动的教育过程中,不断地进行随机教育的探索和实践。本人结合自身实践经验,从三方面对其进行了阐述:在日常活动中渗透随机教育,培养幼儿美好情感;在教学中,渗透随机教育,培养幼儿主动学习;在游戏中,渗透随机教育,培养幼儿良好习惯。
In the education process of kindergarten day activities, we should not neglect the random education of young children while laying emphasis on systematic systematic education of young children. Specific thinking of young children, and random education is based on the characteristics of young children and temporary organization of education, randomized cases of education are often captured with the situation, intuitive, easy to be understood and accepted by children. To this end, teachers should combine with the actual situation of young children, make rational arrangements, organize their work in a scientific manner, and formulate corresponding education plans so as to continuously explore and practice randomized education during the one-day education. I combined with my own practical experience to elaborate on it in three aspects: infiltrating random education in everyday activities and cultivating good feelings for young children; in teaching, we infiltrated randomized education to cultivate young children’s active learning; in the game, we infiltrated randomized education and cultivated Good habits for young children.
