表面裂纹应力强度因子计算是断裂力学一项基础性的,却又十分困难的工作;本文利用线弹簧模型法推导了八节点线弹簧单元,综合运用了断裂力学求解线性方程组的波前法、子结构法和迭代法优点,开发了一种计算板壳类焊接结构表面裂纹应力强度因子的实用法和相应的专用计算程序。通过对平板和 T 型焊接接头表面裂纹应力强度因子计算表明,计算值能够满足工程要求。
The calculation of surface crack stress intensity factor is a basic, but very difficult task for fracture mechanics. This paper deduces the eight-node line spring element using the line spring model method, and comprehensively uses the fracture mechanics to solve the wavefront method of the linear equations. With the advantages of substructure method and iterative method, a practical method and corresponding special calculation program for calculating the surface crack stress intensity factor of shell-and-shell welding structures were developed. The calculation of surface crack stress intensity factors for plates and T-welded joints shows that the calculated values can meet the engineering requirements.
