在日常生活中,我们常常看到一些人只吃自己爱吃的食物,这种偏食对身体健康并无益处。然而对以下八种特殊身体状况的人来说,如此“偏食”则很有必要。 脑力劳动者 应摄入足够的碳水化合物,以满足大脑对糖的需求。同时应适当增加磷、铁、锌等微量元素含量丰富的食物,如蛋黄、动物脑、肉、核桃、芝麻、花生、莲子、菠菜、苹果等。 身材矮小者 应多吃高蛋白食物,如瘦肉、动物肝肾、蛋类、鱼类及富含钙、磷等矿物质的蛤蜊、河蚌、骨头汤、牛奶、豆制品等。 身体肥胖者 应控制高脂、高糖饮食,适当摄入高蛋白类食
