山西铝厂二期工程生活区,按原《湿陷性黄土地区建筑规范》TJ25-78,多属自重湿陷性黄土场地。后改按新修订规范GBJ25-90划分标准,对生活区建筑场地类型重新进行评定,使50%的建筑场地由原来的自重湿陷性场地改为非自重湿陷性场地,从而减少地基处理厚度,仅此一项就节省地基处理费约100万元。
