针对转盘式集成电路测试分选机中的高速旋转吸盘,进行了动力学分析,推导了真空吸盘在吸持电路做高速旋转运动情况下,所需动态吸力的计算公式。选择不同的角速度控制曲线,计算出在设计指标测试分选产量(Unit Per-cent Hour,UPH)为36 000颗/h和电路为QFN4×4的情况下,所需的动态吸力曲线,并进行了相应的分析和讨论。最后根据计算出的最大动态吸力,确定出所需的最小真空压强及相应的真空吸盘。
Aiming at the high speed rotary sucker in the rotary disc IC tester, the dynamic analysis is carried out and the calculation formula of the required dynamic suction is deduced when the vacuum sucker is doing high speed rotary motion.
