对高校高水平篮球运动员进行心理训练,其目的是有意识有目的地培养、发展和完善篮球运动员在从事专项运动时所必须具备的各种心理素质和心理品质。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法,结合多年教学、比赛的实践经验,对篮球运动员赛前、赛中、赛后三个阶段的心理调控进行分析,提出各时期心理训练措施及调控方法,使运动员能有良好的心理状态参加比赛。
