随着现代桥梁技术日新月异的发展,桥梁大体积承台混凝土的应用越来越广泛。由于承台大体积混凝土在使用过程中容易受到水泥释放的水化热,使得混凝土内部与外部的温度差太大,从而引发混凝土产生温度裂缝。温度裂缝由于会给混凝土带来安全隐患,进而影响桥梁安全质量,近年来日益受到了人们的普遍关注。本文对桥梁大体积承台混凝土温度裂缝原因进行了分析,并提出了操作性强的控制措施,以供参考。
With the rapid development of modern bridge technology, the application of large-sized bridge capped concrete is becoming more and more widespread. As the mass concrete in the platform is easily affected by the heat of hydration released by the cement, the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the concrete is too large, which causes the temperature cracks in the concrete. As the temperature cracks will bring security risks to the concrete, thus affecting the quality of the bridge safety, people have been paid more and more attention in recent years. In this paper, the reasons for the temperature cracks in the bridge of large-sized platform are analyzed, and the control measures with strong operability are put forward for reference.
