我矿深部工程提升系统选用JKM一2.8×4(I)E多绳摩擦式提升机,提升方式为箕斗——罐笼互为平衡系统,提升最大速度为8.473m/s。提升机安装调试后发现闸盘沿圆周方向在1m扇形区域内明显变形,经实际测量端面跳动为1.5mm,明显超过《设备安装工程施工及验收规范》中O.5mm的要求。闸盘变形造成提升机运行不平衡,特别是闸瓦间隙无法保证在O.8~1.0mm的技术要求之内,严重影响提升机制动性能,致使罐笼、箕斗不能准确停车,提升机不能正常运转。
JKM-2.8 × 4 (I) E multi-rope friction hoist was selected for deep mine engineering upgrading system. The lifting method was skip-cage balance system, and the maximum speed was 8.473m / s. After the installation and adjustment of the hoist, it was found that the brake disc was obviously deformed in the circumferential direction in a fan sector of 1m. The actual measured end surface runout was 1.5mm, which obviously exceeded the requirement of O.5mm in the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Equipment Installation. Brake disc deformation caused by unbalanced operation of the hoist, especially the brake shoe clearance can not be guaranteed within the technical requirements of O.8 ~ 1.0mm, seriously affect the performance of the hoist brake, resulting cage, skip can not be accurately stopped, hoist can not be normal Run.
