本文针对球面在线检测中气动球面规的测量原理 ,分析了在极坐标测量方式下 ,被测球面极径测量不确定度对球面参数评定精度的影响。推导了被测球面极径测量不确定度对最小二乘和最小包容球面参数评定结果不确定度的灵敏系数公式 ,并应用Monte -Carlo方法仿真计算证实了理论分析结果的可靠性。在此基础上分析了测点的数目和测点的布置对球面参数评定精度的影响 ,这对包括球面在内的形状误差测量不确定度的研究具有指导意义
In this paper, according to the measurement principle of the spherical ball gauge in spherical on-line inspection, the influence of the measurement uncertainty of the measured spherical polar diameter on the accuracy of the spherical parameter is analyzed in the polar coordinate measurement mode. The sensitivity coefficient formula of the uncertainty of the measurement of the polar radius of the measured sphere on the parameters of the least squares and minimum inclusive spherical surface is deduced. The reliability of the theoretical analysis is verified by Monte Carlo simulation. Based on this, the influence of the number of measuring points and the arrangement of measuring points on the evaluation accuracy of spherical parameters is analyzed, which is instructive for the research on the measurement uncertainty of shape error including spherical surface
