目的对某制药厂氨基酸化合物生产项目进行职业病危害现状评价。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、检查表法和检验检测法相结合的方法收集数据和资料,通过综合分析对项目的职业病危害现状进行评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有粉尘、噪声、氢氧化钠、氨、盐酸、硫酸。发酵(P1P)车间投料口、卸料口及包装间的粉尘检测浓度结果超出职业接触限值,其他岗位的职业病危害因素检测结果均符合职业接触限值。该项目的职业病危害防护设施、个人防护用品、应急救援、职业卫生管理基本符合相关标准要求。结论该项目总体运行的职业病危害防护措施基本有效,部分岗位的防尘措施需要进行改进。
Objective To evaluate the current status of occupational diseases in the production of amino acid compounds in a pharmaceutical factory. Methods The data and data were collected by on-the-spot occupational hygiene investigation, checklist method and test and detection method, and the status of occupational disease hazards was evaluated through comprehensive analysis. Results The occupational hazards in this project include dust, noise, sodium hydroxide, ammonia, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. The concentration of dust in the feeding port, discharge port and packing room of the fermentation (P1P) plant exceeded the occupational exposure limit. The results of occupational hazards in other positions all met the occupational exposure limit. The project occupational hazards protection facilities, personal protective equipment, emergency rescue, occupational health management basically meet the relevant standards. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in the project are basically effective. The dust prevention measures in some posts need to be improved.
