作为县级教师进修学校的教师,承担着全县中小学教师的进修培训任务,关系着全县中小学教师思想政治觉悟的提高,教育理念的更新,知识能力的拓展和综合素质的提升,也关系着本域教育质量的提高和素质教育的整体推进。所以,县级教师进修学校教师肩负着比中小学教师更重要的历史责任。那么,在新课程条件下县级教师进修学校教师究竟应该如何面对呢?现谈一下自己粗浅的看法。
