随着我国改革开放的深入,企业所处的社会环境、经营环境发生很大变化,企业所面临的挑战与竞争也越来越激烈。与此同时,由于国有公司制股份制改革和用工制度改革日益深化,农民工、劳务派遣人员等职工群体大量涌现,职工队伍结构呈现出新变化、新特点,职工思想观念多元多样多变趋势明显,这些情况都给企业人力管理部门提出了新的要求。
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the social environment in which the enterprises are located and the operating environment have undergone great changes. The challenges and competition the enterprises face have also become increasingly fierce. At the same time, due to the increasingly deepening reform of the joint-stock system and the employment system of state-owned companies, a large number of employee groups such as migrant workers and labor dispatching workers have emerged, and the structure of the workforce has shown new changes. The new features and the notions of staff and workers are diversified and changeable. These conditions have given new requirements to the human resources department of the enterprise.
