针对采煤机摇臂工况条件,讨论了摇臂传动系统发热情况,开发研制了一种摇臂润滑系统体外强制冷却检测装置,由双联齿轮泵提供动力,通过温度传感器实时监测润滑油温度变化,润滑油经冷却器冷却输送回油腔,避免传动系统温度过高,提高传动系统可靠性。
Aiming at the working conditions of shearer rocker arm, the heating condition of rocker arm drive system was discussed. A forced cooling detection device of rocker arm lubrication system in vitro was developed and powered by double gear pump. The temperature of lubricating oil was monitored by temperature sensor in real time Change, the lubricating oil is sent back to the oil chamber through the cooling of the cooler to avoid over-temperature of the transmission system and improve the reliability of the transmission system.
