1.引言水平连铸是炼钢领域中的一项新发展~([1~4])。由于铸机简单,因此初期投资和维修工作量大大减少。1981年,在神户制钢所的高砂工场建造了一台试验装置,至今已在该装置上进行了许多浇注试验,曾浇注过几种碳钢和奥氏体不锈钢并积累了不少操作技术。我们主要通过采用电磁搅拌器来提高钢坯的质量,结果证明它是非常有效的。将铸坯送去热轧并调查了盘条的质量,结果表明,水平连铸已发展到可付诸实用的阶段。本文论述水平连铸机的设计参数、操作技术以及通过电磁搅拌所取得的质量改进。 2.试验装置概述图1为水平连铸机的剖面图,表1列出
1. Introduction Horizontal continuous casting is a new development in the field of steelmaking ([1 ~ 4]). As the casting machine is simple, so the initial investment and maintenance workload greatly reduced. In 1981, a test rig was built at Kobe Sand Works at Kobe Steel Works. To date, many pouring tests have been conducted on the unit. Several types of carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel have been cast and many operating techniques have been accumulated. We mainly improve the quality of the billet by using a magnetic stirrer, which proved to be very effective. The slab was sent to hot rolling and the quality of the wire rod was investigated. The results showed that horizontal continuous casting has been developed to a practical stage. This article discusses the design parameters, operating techniques, and quality improvements of horizontal continuous caster. 2. Test Equipment Overview Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of the horizontal continuous casting machine, Table 1 are listed
