利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICPAES)分析了自制由蝮蛇和中药人参枸杞子等加酒浸泡而成的“蛇制品”,发现其中含有丰富的微量元素Ca、Mg、P、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Se、Sr、Ge、Cr。同时观察到灌喂“蛇制品”对小鼠肝、肾、脾的过氧化脂质(LPO)有明显抑制作用;并能明显减少小鼠脑中的脂褐素含量,认为该“蛇制品”对脂质具有抗氧化作用,对延续衰老进程起一定作用
