摘要目的评价采用血池对比剂的时间分辨三维MRI定量分析肺部灌注的可行性。方法定量灌注分析是利用新的软件来评价肺动脉血流量(pulmonary blood flow,PBF)、肺动脉血容量(pulmonary blood volume,PBV)及平均通过时间(mean transit time,MTT)。结果正常受试者的肺灌注显示从腹侧到背侧PBF及PBV不断增加(重力定向),上叶的灌注值最大,中叶、下叶的值不断减小(非重力定向)。MTT不管在重力方向还是非重力方向都没有相关的改变。
Abstract Objective To evaluate the feasibility of quantifying lung perfusion with time-resolved three-dimensional MRI of blood pool contrast media. Methods Quantitative perfusion analysis was performed using new software to evaluate pulmonary blood flow (PBF), pulmonary blood volume (PBV) and mean transit time (MTT). Results Pulmonary perfusion in normal subjects showed increasing PBF and PBV from the ventral to the dorsal side (gravitropic orientation) with the highest perfusion value on the upper lobe and a decreasing decrease in the middle and lower lobe (non-gravitational orientation). MTT has no relevant change in the direction of gravity or non-gravity.
