目的探讨非营养性吸吮对全静脉营养早产儿胆汁酸及直接胆红素的影响。方法将60例需经全静脉营养治疗的早产儿,随机分成非营养性吸吮组30例和对照组30例,非营养性吸吮组在与对照组采取相同治疗方案的基础上辅以非营养性吸吮,采用日本产奥林巴斯640多功能生化分析仪,测定两组早产儿观察第10天的空腹血清总胆汁酸、直接胆红素(DBIL)。对两组结果进行统计学分析。结果非营养性吸吮组与对照组血清总胆汁酸分别为(9.5±3.1)μmol/L和(36.5±3.8)μmol/L,直接胆红素分别为(6.5±2.1)μmol/L和(26.6±3.5)μmol/L。两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全静脉营养早产儿存在肝功能异常,非营养性吸吮有利于促进早产儿肝功能的成熟和完善,是一种有效的干预手段。
Objective To investigate the effects of non-nutritive sucking on bile acid and direct bilirubin in preterm infants with total parenteral nutrition. Methods Sixty preterm infants undergoing total parenteral nutrition were randomly divided into 30 cases of non-nutritive sucking group and 30 cases of control group. The non-nutritive sucking group was supplemented with non-nutritive Sucking, using Japan Olympus 640 multi-functional biochemical analyzer, determination of two groups of preterm children observed on the 10th day of fasting serum total bile acid, direct bilirubin (DBIL). The two groups of results were statistically analyzed. Results The total serum bile acids were (9.5 ± 3.1) μmol / L and (36.5 ± 3.8) μmol / L for non-nutritive sucking group and control group respectively, while the direct bilirubin levels were (6.5 ± 2.1) μmol / L and ± 3.5) μmol / L. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion There is abnormal liver function in preterm infants with whole vein nutrition. Non-nutritive sucking is beneficial to promote the maturation and perfection of liver function in preterm infants. It is an effective intervention method.
