选择120只大小、体质量匹配的Lewis大鼠,用套管法进行血管、支气管吻合,共进行60例次原位左肺移植。供、受体手术均由同一人操作,通过对移植物进行X射线摄片、组织病理学检测等手段评估手术操作的可行性和可靠性。手术成功率为96.7%,平均热缺血时间为(14.5±3.2)min,移植肺得到良好的通气和血流灌注,术后14d移植肺显示了良好的X射线征象和肺功能。采用套管法进行血管、支气管吻合建立的大鼠原位左肺移植模型简单、安全、可靠,可操作性强。
Forty-two Lewis rats, matched in size and body mass, were selected for vascular and bronchial anastomosis using a cannula method, and 60 cases of left lung transplantation were performed in situ. The donor and recipient operations were performed by the same individual. The feasibility and reliability of the operation were evaluated by means of X-ray and histopathological examination of the graft. The success rate of operation was 96.7% and the average time of warm ischemia was (14.5 ± 3.2) min. The ventilated lungs were well ventilated and blood perfusion. The lungs showed good X-ray signs and pulmonary function 14 days after operation. The model of orthotopic left lung transplantation established by cannulation in rats and bronchus is simple, safe, reliable and feasible.
