目的了解一起聚餐引起食物中毒的原因、暴发范围及途径等相关情况,为采取有效的预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法制定统一的调查表,对2014年8月21日甘肃省渭源县会川镇参加一起聚餐后出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛和腹泻等消化道症状的93例病人和50名未发病者作为对照进行调查,并采集病人呕吐物和腹泻物、厨师的肛拭子进行致病菌检测,利用Logistic回归分析可疑食物。结果 93名中毒者中,男37例、女56例,性别比为0.660 7∶1;所有病人经过抗生素、补液和维持水电解质平衡治疗后,病情很快得到改善后痊愈;中毒病人餐后发病最短时间1.10 h,最长12.00 h,中位数潜伏期为4.20 h,其中4 h~最多(20例)、占21.51%;中毒病人中40岁~组最多(26例)、占27.96%,其次是50岁~组(19例)、占20.43%,70岁~组最少(7例)、占7.53%;对单因素Logistic回归分析差异有统计学意义的食物再进行多因素Logistic回归分析,只有蒜泥豆角差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次中毒事件是由蒜泥豆角引起的细菌性食物中毒。
