研究了热处理工艺对55SiMoV钢组织、力学性能及多冲抗力的影响。研究结果表明,该钢淬火后,随奥氏体化温度升高,晶粒变粗,板条尺寸增大,孪晶数量增多。获得最佳综合力学性能的工艺为:870℃淬火+200~220℃回火。
The effects of heat treatment on microstructure, mechanical properties and multi-impact resistance of 55SiMoV steel were studied. The results show that the quenching of the steel increases the number of twins as the austenitizing temperature increases, the grains become thicker and the size of the slats increases. Get the best comprehensive mechanical properties of the process: 870 ℃ quenching +200 ~ 220 ℃ tempering.
